Hello from Hog --- and some questions from a Newb

Hello everyone!

I stepped into the world of vaping by accident when picking up a cheep cigar from Walgreens. Blucigs did a special thing getting that outlet...

So I bought the disposable and fell in love with it. No ash, no smell etc... and great taste.

Without doing any research I went to their website and bought a pair of started kits for my wife and myself. The experience so far has been good, but not great. I like the chargers, the packs and the flavors. (though I can see that its somewhat limited now that I look around.)

Now I'm invested in using Blu -- but I can tell there are a whole lot of smart folks that do much more than I can with what I have. So, I have some questions:

It looks like Blu and Volcano are pretty much the same and the parts interchangeable for some models. -- What other options do I have for interchangeable parts?

Are cartridge/atomizers available that I can refill using smoke juice from compatible sources?

Thanks for any help, I'm very new to this and curious.

Congratulations on switching to vaping!

I'm afraid to tell you that there are many more negative posts and reviews about the Blu by a factor of about 100/1 on this and other vaping forums. Very short battery life and quite inconsistent in comparison to the models most of us use on this site. But if it is working for you, that's what's most important.

You can use any eliquid you like in any model personal vaporizer (PV). Most of us use larger battery models because they provide much warmer vapor, last around 5+ hours on a charge and are manual vs auto because they provide better control and are safer. I'm not sure what atomizers or cartomizers will work with Blu. I believe I have read that Blu intentionally makes it so you cannot use different types with their product.
