Now I'm getting confused as well. The op has Glycerine from Boots. Would that not be VG (vegetable Glycerine) in which case she can vape that diluted with flavour added??

Hi Jackie - I'm here too Assuming your Boots glycerine is "BP", it is VG which is fit for use in e-cigs in the various ways people have described

Crash - I know I can get the flue cured from China but don't have enough cash to bulk order yet, so have been trying to find a UK source (or even something very similar would do). Thanks for the offer of help with mixing, may well take you up on that. I have some glycerine (200ml bottle from Boots) and will get some flavourings from morrison's tomorrow, but I take it I need PG/VG too? Where do I buy that from?

You don't need to bulk order from China. My first order was for around £40 and that was including £1.50 p&p from http://www.ruyandirect.com/
Glycerine does make some people 'hungry', I put a stone of weight on using it so I switched to cutting with PG since I had a few bottles of liquid with too much nicotine. PG is available from EBAY <link.
