Greetings!

I recently discovered vaping. As a 50-year smoker who had given up on ever quitting, I am thrilled to have been introduced to vaping. I have only been vaping for a bout a month and have cut my cigarette smoking in half or more. My smoker's hack is all but gone, too.

Hi Deb, I smoked for 50 yrs as well. Make sure you're using an high enough nic level in your juice to kill those tobacco urges. I started at 36mg and went down after several months. Good Luck

I did both for a good while and just kept naturally cutting back on cigarettes. Believe me, it gets to a point where you will just prefer vaping because it tastes so good. Welcome Deb, E-Towns a nice little place..I was at Fort Knox as a Drill Sergeant just before they moved everyone to Fort Benning, GA. 2008-2010. I had a nice little apartment by the Best Buy, and would some times fall asleep at the left turn light and roll out in the intersection late at night (really long, long hours!) I have been analog free for Twelve days now and feel fantastic congratulations on getting the monkey off your back!!!!
