The cost for me is something I was going to spend anyway....

Do a search on here for a thread by OldGoat bottom feeder he makes them for about 20.00 and reomods has smoktec atomizers for 3.00 each and one will last me 3 weeks. Don't get much cheaper than that.

Sent from my truck using 3 toasters a broken microwave and 6 rubber bands McGyver style......Chuck Norris aint got crap on me

That Reo Mini looks interesting. Since the main purpose of me going with e-cigs vs. analogs is the cost factor, I'll have to wait and see how the clearomizers work first. You've given me a new direction to look at, however. Thanks!

I bought a Reo Mini about 3 weeks ago and it has quickly become my main PV. I take it everywhere. I have a stainless steel VTube (a lavatube variation) and I like it. I also have a Silver Bullet, a Baby Bullet and a KGO. But I find myself leaving them all at home and carrying my Reo Mini.

I just bought the Reo because it was used and the money was going towards charity (a breast cancer treatment fund for someone), and I never really thought I'd like it that much. Man, was I wrong!!

It's small but hits like a freight train. It gives you all the advantages of dripping without the mess or hassle.

Oh, and welcome from another North Texan. We should have a North Texas get-together.

Right on!! another N. Texas member!!

I'm in Farmers Branch. If you haven't already check out this local shop:

Vape Lounge, LLC

They are really really good guys and super helpful and they have a ton of stuff in stock and they let you taste all the juice flavors they have and once you decide on one or some then they make you a fresh bottle right then and there......no stale old "sittin around" juice.

When I was considering a Provari one of the guys just smiled and handed me his and said "....go ahead check that out..." with a bifg smile on his face ;)

Thanks for the welcome. The Vape Lounge was one of the first places I went to online while I was starting to really look into this. Their brick & mortar store is 40 miles from my house though. I did go by Dragonfly in the Vista Ridge Mall and got an atomizer, some drip tips and a bottle of Spearmint juice while I was there, but they weren't a lot of help with my questions. Maybe I'll have to make a trip to the Vape Lounge one of these days. Thanks!

Well, I got my kit from BetterVapes today, and so far, I'm pleased. I ordered it on Sunday and it arrived today (Wed). Fast service. The only negative is that it came with no instructions whatsoever. I would think that being a starter kit, there would have been something. I've heard that you may, or may not, have to clean the clearomizer before using. I also didn't know how long the eGo-T batteries should be charged for. They appeared to be dead, but I plugged one in for about 5 min, the charger's light went green, and it's working, so I don't know.

EDIT: Just found a user's manual online...they were shipped in the 'off' position, but I'm charging them anyway.

Here's what I got... 2 1100mAh eGo-T batteries, two CE4(+?) clearomizers with the long wicks, charger and USB cord. No carrying case (No problem...I don't need it anyway).

And here is another reason this whole starting thing is confusing for me. The two bottles on the right were sold to me a couple of weeks ago by a local vendor as 30ml bottles of e-juice (see closeup of center bottle). The 30ml bottle of e-juice on the left, which is what I got with my kit from BetterVapes, seems to be a bit bigger, don't you think?

Hmmm. That "30ml" bottle of Choc. Mint looks like a 10ml bottle to me. Or maybe 15ml at the most.

Yea, that's what I was thinking. I hate going into a store and saying "I'm a noob at this...teach me". I tend to get schooled, but not always in a good way. Oh well, I guess I learned something anyway, like what a real 30ml bottle looks like and where NOT to go for juice.
