I've been lurking for about a week. I'm so grateful for the information/help that this Community provides. You have helped answer a number of questions for me. I have owned and run a very high volume Forum for 7 years (sold it) my hats off to the owners and staff. Noise is almost zero and quality of posts is fantastic. A truly priceless resource. QUESTION: Should I make ALL 4 posts in this thread?

Thank you all for the warm welcome. The following is part of my story which I hope helps others.

I'm in my late 60s and two years ago I weighed 215 and I stand 5ft 9 inches. My blood work and numbers were very bad. I was an out of shape FATTY who smoked. A sure ticket for early death! Not to mention a 20 year smoker over a pack per day. It had been 40 years since I worked out but my Dr. gave me tough love and some of things I learned in my journey apply to vaping.

For over a year my weight is constant at around 162. ALL my blood panel numbers snapped back into range. I work out 6 days a week and that means weights, treadmill, bike, hiking, swimming, and no more junk food. The old fashioned way. No pills or fads. I see a lot of people continue to worry about what they used to due or what others can due. Kinda like obsessing over DIY mods, flavors, roll your own, tanks, etc. I just take it one day at a time and it's all about ME and the water or the weights. Gradually and with time I advanced to higher levels. Trust your body and let time run it's course. Some days are real tough but you push through for the joy and self pride it gives you. Even though I knew this worked for my physical condition I regressed the first few days with my first device which was a Blu. OK for light smokers but not for me. Then I realized some of the workout lessons I learned so I purchased and use a Halo G6 with 18MG pre loads of Tribeca and Prime. I'm about 9 days into this kit and have not touched an analog since I started.

I still vape a lot but I guess my body will figure things out and this will normalize but I'm not sure and really don't care that much at this time. Just like working out, all the mods, tanks, DIY, juice, and a zillon companies is very nice and a healthy sign but I could care less at this stage of my early journey. Later. Sure. But your body takes time and the head trips about what you think you need and what you actually need can drive you nuts so it's not in my brain.

Matter of fact, I still can't figure out how many analogs I get from a cart but I'm sure that will come with time. Finally <wew> I continue to work out and have from day 1 of my no cig journey and I love it.

I hope this helps others.
