I’m using 3.5ml NRG tank, I had twist the tank tight to mod, but it’s still moving
There are spacers like these if it is too loose. This one is a thickish but can be sanded down to thinner.

I don't think that is anything to worry about. As long as it vapes and no leaking you should be fine.
I would just put on the tank and try not to twist it either way until you need to take the tank off the mod.
