2. If they aren't the same, which one is better? The Ovale one is cheaper than the Joytech one.

3. What's better? EGO-C or EGO-T?

5. Can you please give me a good site to buy filling liquid? that will be cheap and qualitative

6. Is Ovale shipping to Israel?

I'm not an expert but I can give you a couple of responses.

Ego-T seems to be preferred on this forum. (I hope I got that right!) There's an e-cig review sub forum here if you scroll down that I found helpful.
I don't know about atomizers, I've only used cartomizers so far. The ones I buy are about $1.50 apiece and from what I can understand can last as long as a few weeks, depending on vaping amount, juice, etc.
To put it in perspective, I've been vaping a little over a week (still smoking a few cigs but down to about 5 per day from 50) and I have gone through about 20 ml of juice.
There's also an e-juice subforum, and the "suppliers" tab at the top lists reputable suppliers. I've ordered from Hoosier supply and Backwoods Juice (I think that's it) and am happy so far. There are TONS of suppliers out there! And I plan on trying many more.
No clue about shipping to Israel. My sister lived there for 19 years - Tel Aviv and J'lem - but she isn't there any more and never smoked so I can't be much help there.
