just saying hey started vaping six months ago just started making my own juice today so i figured i'd join a forum. i have a quick question about making e juice i made a few bottles before reading the back of my 36mg/ml nicotine which says shake well before use i didn't is that a huge issue? also i just had the stuff delivered maybe 3 hours before making the juice idk if the vibration from the delivery truck is sufficient or should i just toss this juice, i only put 1ml in each 10ml bottle so whats the worst that can happen? thanks.

I would`nt worry about it. Yes, the delivery truck probably shook it pretty good for you. Even if its not optimal, you only used 1ml/10ml of juice, so you cant be too high or too low. My gut tells me you wont even be able to tell. :?)

Word has it you really only need to shake it once when you first get it. Apparently the Nic stays in suspension extremely well, and any extra shaking can cause it to oxidize faster due to the extra oxygen from shaking, so this is just FYI and something to think about.

HI @Haksaw and welcome to the forum. The reason "shake well" is recommended is so that you don't have the mix separating and you end up drawing out very strong, or very weak nicotine. If I were to guess I would say you're probably ok with the mix you made. You'll know if it's too potent when you try it, just remember to shake it before use the next time.

Depending on whether your nic is PG-based or VG-based, it could have possibly settled somewhat. Personally, I often forget to shake my nic (I use vg-based) and I'm using 60mg/ml. I haven't had any problems (I mix in the range of 9-12mg/ml - you're in the 3-4mg/ml range....) I wouldn't pitch it. It might be a touch strong or a touch weak, but with that level of base, I'm going to suggest not a big deal.

im impatient so i tried one of the juices i made after a few hours of heating and shaking, im suprised how good it is already. i call it kiaw melon it vg/pg 80/20 the recipe for a 10ml bottle is: 7ml vg, .5 ml pg, .5 kiwi flavor, .5 strawberry flavor, .5 watermelon flavor, and 1ml or 36mg/ml nicotine. came out pretty well the watermelon and strawberry are predominate but there is a subtle kiwi flavor in there, all in all its a 8/10 for a juice thats only 5 hours old, im curious to see how the flavor evolves over the next couple of days.
