Lotsa good advice here. Pay attention to the drink lots of water. Vapeing actually will deydrate you.
As far as the nicotine rush goes.... well think about it. A stinky has 3800 some odd chemicals in it. Your vape juice MIGHT have 20, INCLUDING any coloring and flavorings. Stinky's have several addictive chemicals in them. Vape has uno! Nicotine. Your body is NOT fighting the other chemicals to take up the nic.
The uptake manner is DIFFERENT as well. Vaeping is much like standing in a really hot shower, or sitting in a hot tub. Larger molecules that at this point, we believe, will not tear UP the aveoli in your lungs. Because of the rather more natural method, you get a better nicotine uptake. Remember, stinky's are BURNING material. You are LITERALLY inhaling ash, fire and SMOKE. Three guess what smoking does to your lungs. Yep it RIPS them to SHREDS. The ash gets into the small holes and rips them. The lungs then scar UP and are unable to get O2 into your bloodstream and get Co2 OUT of your blood stream. All the scar tissue really makes it hell on your body to get good o2 change out. Our bodies will never be as GOOD as they where before we started smoking, but they will sure get a darn sight BETTER.
Good luck, take your time, smoke if you have too until you GET vapeing, and it satisfies. No ONE way is the RIGHT way. Whatever gets you OFF the stinky's is the RIGHT way for YOU!
