Ok, maybe a loose thread. As Raynman said, to fit a button cover on you put that piece of string in the 'lil bag over the switch first, then press the button cover in place. That locks the cover on but still allows for removal if a repair is ever needed. Trim the excess string off with some of those bitsy nail scissors that you wimminey folk always hide from us guys folk. Not using the thread can result in the button cover resting too low on the button and interfere with firing. And falling off and rolling to the back of the 'fridge if you drops your Reo. So no, the button covers aren't really hot-swappable as such. Super gluing a button cover on? - really bad idea.
Flats or button top badderies is fine. Only difference might be a slightly different feel to the switch throw with a flat top - no big deal. As always - respect the limits of your battery of choice and build accordingly.
Since it sounds like you got your order in on this side of the PayPalGate changes... Tracking will be assigned via your PayPal account, so check in there to get your tracking number. Will show up in the transaction details once it's been assigned. If you have a secure mail box you can get a slip at the Postal Orifice to fill out that, in effect, signs for the package in advance and allows it to be left if you won't be there.

Im really liking that the RM 5, read somewhere it's good for big clouds... I'm kinda of a lung hitter now since it gives me more of a sensation of smoking, not just nicotine, I'm at 6mg and I do like playing the clouds

How low has not been set in stone yet. Really depends on how long you hit it. The springs act like a fuse, Heat cause them to soften and collapse. As the amp draw increases it produces more heat in the spring. Lower ohm coils pull more amps. A hard short draws such high amps the spring completely collapses right away.
With a coil somewhere around .2 ohms doing long hits will produce enough heat to soften the spring and it will partially collapse and needs to be replaced, short hits don't seem to be a problem.. I've read of one full collapse spring running below .2 and a soft spring around .2.
I know plenty of people are between .25 and ,3 but have not read about many pushing down to .2 or lower.
