Enigma, you may want to look at the Vivi Nova tanks. They are $12 - $13, so the initial cost is higher, but they come with 3 heads (the atomizer part), and you can buy more heads for $2 - $2.50 each, so in the longer run they will be as cheap, if not cheaper than, the clearos. And they hold a lot more juice and don't leak a drop. They are bulkier, though.

I have found the consistency from one clearo to the other to be sorely lacking. Each one seems to have a different draw and different wicking properties. It all points to a severe lack of quality control in the manufacturing process. I guess all this stuff comes from China, and it is certainly made to a price point, so I'm not sure why the inconsistent quality should surprise me.

Sounds reasonable. Size wise doesn't as I don't care if it looks like a cig or not, however I see they are 510 thread. The battery I am using now is a volt 808 thread. Is there any similar products available for an 808 thread? I'd prefer to not buy a 510 thread battery but if need be I will. :)

What I want to say to this person is this, I have 5 kids all involved in sports so money is scarce here also and I have the regular tornado which is starter kit along with a twist and I also have a VV (variable voltage) torpedo for hard times with urges to smoke. The juice, attys and cartos along with all the new clearos and so on. This is all in 5 weeks span and I added it all up to less than what it cost to smoke in a month in NY. I am set right now for 3 months with juice and equipment. I found this website saved me a ton of money on products and not to waste money on bad products. Look around before you buy.

Well like with most things new you have to spend a little more than you most probably want too and this is no different. In all seriousness this is probably the best time for me to buy various products, juices, and additional equipment due to the massive amount of overtime I have been working lately. Now even though I can afford a bit I still want to be sure I'm getting good products just like anyone else would. :) Also the money spend is without a doubt far cheaper than what I would have spent buying analogs, however I like to spend my money wisely due to my situation.

Now sadly it still irks me a bit though when certain things just don't work out right. I'm more than pleased thus far with both gotvapes and smokelessimage, their products are great. Of course I can't compare them to other places as of yet because I'm content with what they have given to me thus far so I have not ventured outside of them yet and I may not do so any time soon. I could be wrong though.

Both of these places were recommended and I noticed some good remarks from various users here. However one place I am going through that I did not check out here, but instead went off the advice of a user here has me very disappointed. Now I was very pleased with the free sample I got from this company so much so that I decided to make a good size order last week for more of their juices. Sadly though they didn't seem to care to ship my stuff out in a timely fashion. It's now been 6 days since I've order from them and I still don't have my juices. Needless to say this is a lesson well learn and I won't do business with this company anymore.

Hopefully I won't have this problem with other companies I plan on doing business with.

Congrats on giving up the analogs. I'm a noob myself... three months into it and still so effing excited to be a non-smoker. Watch a lot of YouTube videos on DIY juice, product reviews, tips & tricks, etc. You'll find what works best for you. I do highly recommend making your own juice. It's dirt cheap and it's so awesome to always have a big selection of flavors and not having to worry about running out.

Yeah this is a route I have looked into, but I have yet to try it. I noticed on at least one site the DIY seems to be rather reasonable price wise. The only issue I see at the moment is I'm currently is I'm a bit of a heavy vapor so I would have to keep an eye on how long my juice is lasting to get a rough ideal as to how often I would need to get the items to continue making my own juice.

Once that is figured out and I get the price figured out as well I might have my coworkers go this route as well. So far I have 5 others who have followed my lead since dropping analogs with 2 more starting Friday when they get paid.

I want to thank you for the above guide. I used the kr808s for a year and out of frustration went back to analogs. Ready to start over, I was completely confused about what to buy....if you are away from the forum for a while you have to learn all the lingo again and I just had a hell of a time. I was praying someone would just tell this dumbass what to do, and I came upon this thread. Hallelujiah! It's perfect. I ordered everything you suggested and am delighted. And I purchased from Hoosier e-cig and am most impressed with them.

Out of 6 KGO batteries, only 1 has pooped out on me. (After almost 2 months). Today, the drip tip on my Vision Clearomizer melted. I was expecting the tank to melt but it did not. (I only like cinnamon!) Now I just need to find metal or ceramic drip tips and continue using the tanks. I'm assuming the Vision Nova Clearomizer V3 is fine...since V2 is no longer available. Anywho! Thank YOU so much for taking the time to make the list and set up the links and just making it oh-so-EASY.
