Hey guys, I just started vaping with a unbranded blister pack for less than a week. I then bought another atomizer, one with a clear tip so you can see through it and also with the wicks exposed in the tank. My question is, is it normal for the vaper to condensate within the mouth tip and settle down into the rubber seal? I have to unscrew and clean it out after only 5-8 vapes.

Any tips on stopping this or is it just part of vaping?

Hi Vap0rDan and welcome to the forum!

Whatever keep you vaping happily is "best practice" :) If the condensation bothers you, then by all means clean it out as often as you like.

Happy Vaping!

Condensation and catchable spitting is normal. Spitting that requires constant cleaning to control is not. A cleaning every time you fill the tank should be sufficient.

Of the cheap clearomizers, the eGo type (CE4, CE5) which are filled by removing the mouthpiece can work OK but I've had bad luck with them. Those include the type where long wicks can be seen inside. The EVOD type has a metal cover with view slots and clear tip. Wicks are exposed inside but are very small and it must be dissembled to see them. A lot of other clearos are similar. Filling is from the bottom; the coil unit is near the bottom and can be replaced. These are the cheapest units that seem to work fairly well. Taking short hard drags will tend to flood them however, with results similar to your complaint.

Ah right, but is it good practice to keep cleaning it out if I have the resources to do so? When I'm at home I just take some paper towl and clean the mouth piece out and the inner top part.

Welcome to ECF Vap0rDan, make yourself right at home :)
That's fine to do as often as you like.
