Hello I have been browsing the forum for a couple days now and I decided to join. I've been looking at Blu E cigs, mostly because they are easy to come by. I've heard good and bad things about them, but I don't plan on using it all that much so it's really just a past time for me.

My real question is, where can I buy non-Nicotine cartridges for Blu from a retailer like Walgreens?

Thanks this forum is really useful!

i dont think blu cigs are the best way to go. just a bunch of commercial hype. Check out these on ebay.

Ego C Twist CE4 1100mAh Variable Voltage Personal Vaporizer Pen Kit USA | eBay

Ego-c twists are a pretty basic option if your just starting and you can choose your flavors and theres always awesome flavors with no nicotine in them.

check out mtbakervapor.com they have the best selection at a great price for all kinds of different flavors of juice

Don't take this the wrong way but, please, please, please, whatever you do, do not develop an addiction to nicotine because "its just really a past time for me".

If you must vape for something "to do" stick with 0 nic juice not matter how "inconvenient" it may be.

To be honest, if you don't smoke then there really isn't a hurry to get to vaping..but if you are in a hurry then going to a local gas station might be good for you. I recommend njoy if you want it right now, blu has a tendancy to have poor vapor production and poor flavor. Try njoy and see how you like it. In the meantime, look online for better products that won't die within 2 hours of use.

Madvapes.com
sun-vapers.com
101vapes.com
electronicstix.com
vaporbeast.com
hoosierecig.com

those are all great places to start.

IF you've never smoked no need in vaping either even at zero nic your still putting chemicals in your body that you don't need.

Well I would like to look at it as if I was just eating chips on my couch, vaping for me would just be something to do when I want to. As for the chemicals, I've looked into it and the chemicals that are in the liquid that Blu uses, are the same chemicals used in smoke machines. I don't mean to start whats healthy and whats not on this thread but that is my opinion.

Yeah, I don't plan on getting any nicotine carts, because of the addiction factor. What I meant by "past-time" is when I have breaks from my college class and just want to enjoy the feeling of vaping.

If you just want to vape for the heck of it why go with Blu? They don't have any variety of flavors. Why drink overpriced tap water when you can get Pierrier for a third of the price? Get a $5 evod, a $7 ego battery, a $3 charger and pick a flavor from the thousands that are available for you in zero nic if you like. As for being easy to find, you're mailbox is easy to find, isn't it?

You have a choice, Blu throw aways, or Blu Starter Kits. The throw aways are going to last you about a day IF the battery is fresh. I have bought several Blu throw aways and the battery arrived Dead out of the wrapper... and no replacement or refund so I threw away more than 40$ going that route. The Blu starter kits cost me 50$ each, ended up buying 2 of them. the Batteries in all the kits died within a month. Theres another 100$ lost, along with the 15$ per 5 pack of refills ( several) basically 3$ a day... 2 of the refill packs had gone dry even tho they had the silicone boot and sticky leaf on the end... 30$ shot no refunds. This Blu thing was costing me as much, maybe even more than smoking was...plus all of the dissapointment in the product. I went to an eGo battery set and a Protank, that lasted quite a while untill I forgot to take it out of my pocket when I sat down, snapped it right in half... Finally I went the way of the Vamo3 and an RSST tank... Im luvin this setup...dropped the vamo and it died..Got the SVD... If I had originally purchased the SVD and RSST in the beginning, the money I didnt spend on Blu stuff could have been spent on something really nice...

Good luck with that. The only issue with proprietary brands is that they are......well proprietary. You are cornering yourself into having to go with Blu products and that's it. If you are that serious about going that way then it's your money and time. The advice you have been given is correct in that if you insist on Vaping, then get an eGo and a EVOD tank and the whole world of flavored are open to your preferences. With the Blu products, you are limited to what they offer and availability. That's what the others are trying to tell you. Once again, your dime.....this is just my :2c:

I see what you mean. I know Blu isn't really known for their batterys :p But after watching and reading some reviews, once you get it right it works great. That won't necessarily mean spending more money, they do allow you to send batteries back. But then there's the techy part I found, Which does include opening the Blu battery casing and touching some wires, but I've done that sort of thing before. All in all, Im willing to risk it for now.

I too think that it's odd that someone who has never smoked would be looking into vaping and not to judge but I think it sounds funny to hear someone say I am looking into vaping to have something to do in between my college classes, it sound like your trying to "fit in" with someone or a group or something. From my experience when people vape for the enjoyment of it, they don't do it with ecig alikes like blu. People use ecigs like blu to quit smoking not to give them something to do. As far as the healthy or not part of it, your still inhaling something into your lungs that while not as bad as cigarette smoke is still not something that is as pure as air. The long term effects are not really known, but for a smoker the risk of the unknown long term effects out weigh the known risks of cigarettes. While you may not develop an addiction to nicotine, you could still develop an addiction to vaping.

If you must then at least do it right, get a model like Halo's G6 where you can buy blank cartridges and fill them with flavored 0 nic juice, hundreds of flavors from hundreds of suppliers, not just the few flavors blu offers. However blu does sell the 0 nic online, you might have a harder time finding them in a convenient place like the gas station or Walgreen, however I haven't looked at what they are selling recently.

I thank you all for your opinions and warnings, i really do. More than likely, ill have at-least one of those warnings bite me in the ..... Ill be ok though, starting with blu is what i want to do. Oh and I have researched other brands, and I do know that these things happen to Blu.
