Hey folks,

Thought id come and say Hi, been vaping for a while now and have just bought my first mod a kangertech topbox mini & a kangertech dripbox.

im wondering if someone can help

Ive bought some 6mg - PG20/VG80 (30ml) which has a great taste but I would like to dilute it down a bit

Im thinking of initially trying 35/65 seeing how that is and if its still not to my taste go 50/50

could someone help with the amount of PG I would need to add to my 30ml bottles to achieve the desired mix

Easiest way to figure your percentages is to use a calculator like ejuice me up.

eJuice Me Up - Best eJuice Calculator

It'll do the figuring for you. All you need to do is plug in the percentages and it does the rest.

Not all liquid calculators can deal with these equations.

At the moment, your liquid is 80%VG and 20% PG. Thats 8ml VG per 10ml. (24ml per 30ml)

If you add solely PG, you need to get enough in the bottle (a bigger one!) to have 24ml of PG to get to 50/50. I make that 24 ml minus the 6 ml you already have, which is 18ml.

To get to 65/35... then you need to go halfway to 50/50.

Then again, I could be totally wrong.

I find the hit on the throat quite a punch full at times

i do like the flavour, hopefully diluting it to this amount wont ruin this

Well, it might mess it too much Steve. Depends on the mix/juice. I wouldn't mess with some liquids at all. Some of the 'old style' liquids were very strong (low power e-cigs) and some of the new ones very weak in comparison.

You can thin out VG juice with less than you think. I think some people use distilled water or vodka, even.
