New to the forum and vaping.

So far I have picked up the following equipment:

eleaf istick
Youde UG AGI
AGT Titan Mini
Kanger mini protank 3

I love the look of the istick and the batterylife is amazing. However, any tanks you put on it look goofy because they are generally as big, if not larger than the battery itself. The Kanger mini protank 3 works great, but the ego connection makes it about 1/2 inch too tall.

The Youde UG AGI and AGT Titan mini look amazing on the istick, however i have spent many hours watching youtube videos and reading up about genesis builds to only end up with a burnt taste every time.

5/4 genesis coil build with 350 steel mesh - i oxidize the steel mesh, roll it tight and then wrap the coil (30 AWG). the coil by itself will heat evenly without any hotspots. when i insert the wick, only the top leg will light up and then the istick goes into protection, telling me it is likely shorting.

microcoil with cotton around steel mesh - oxidize the steel mesh and spread a small amount of cotton on it. i do about 10 tight wraps on a screwdriver and oxidize the wire (30 AWG). screw everything down, add liquid and fire it up on low. the coil heats up evenly, but still getting the burnt taste.

ideas? i might just end up gifting my genesis RTAs and grab an ibtanked halfling instead

nautilus mini looks decent on an istick, but i'm not a huge fan of all the markings on the tank and the excessive amount of chrome

I have the iStick/naultilus combo. Just got the iStick last week actually. I have tried a good amount of clearomizers, and they all seem to work, but the nautilus just has better production. The taste is superior to any clearo I have tried. It may not be pretty, but i would take the vape over any other clearo on the market. And very few rebuildables will look good on an istick. I use my kayfun mini, but it is nearly as tall as the istick.
