Hi, I've been dipping tobacco for about 14 years and was smoking on and off for about 5 years (didn't like to dip when i drank) Six months ago I quit and started vaping when I found out I was going to be a dad.
I just wanted to say hello and thank you ECF and every one on here for all the great information would of been totally lost with out you.

Thank you all for the welcome, It's funny because we weren't planing on having a child just yet and after all these years of trying to quit it's kind of cool to think that a life that we created probably saved my life.... I guess everything happens for a reason.
