Hello I guess if I ever want to post in another part of the forum I have to start here. After smoking for the last 20 years and rolling my own for the last 10 I have been vaping for about 3 months. I started with a Nicotec Metro from the local smoke shop and a couple extra batteries. After a couple weeks the batteries started to die so built a 6v mod to use with the cartomizers that came with it. Now I am using a KGO and love it.

Welcome. Get a total of 5 posts and you can post in any of the forums. 6V is where it's at IMO. KGO's are a nice ecig kit and hit better than the eGo's. You picked a good one there.

Hi and welcome! I am a newbie too to the forum. Been vaping for 3 months now and it's totally changed my life.
I smoked analogs for 8 years before making the switch. I considered a lot of brands/styles before settling on the Vapornine Nebula. I currently have 4 batteries (3 shorts and a Monster - it lasts forever!) and just placed an order that should be here today for 15 cartomizers, 5 bottles and another wall charger in case mine gives out.
I love the ease of vaping, the way you can do it anywhere and don't have to worry about a lighter or where to put your butts. I love it because at my Father In Laws' house, I don't have to worry about having to wait hours for my fix - I just casually go in the bathroom and stealth vape (a term I saw here) a few times!

Welcome to ecf. I would have found it very difficult to make the switch to vaping without ecf. I'm celebrating two years of being free from smoking this month after smoking for 50 years!
