I just started using a 510 this past week. I am currently going through some medical treatments that cause lung congestion and after 3.5 mos, I finally reached the point that my oxygen intake was causing me problems. I decided to give this a try because I still have 2.5 mos of treatments to go and I'm determined that I will do whatever it takes to make it. Already tried just quitting analogs and failed. After just five days of vaping, I have already seen some improvement in my breathing ability. My chest no longer sounds like a freight train when I'm sitting/standing/lying down. I'm also quite sure that it was not due to some virus or something clearing my body because I had been that way for over a month and Docs felt it was medication related. I'm not trying to hawk the benefits of vaping here just relating "my" personal experience thus far. I will be decreasing nicotine strength until hopefully I get to "0" but if not I've already seen the health benefit to me so I will continue to vape not "smoke" at a minimum.
