Hi,

I am new here but have been vaping for about a year and half since quitting smoking (smoked a pack a day for 22 years). I can't say vaping help me quit (two months in the hospital did that) but it has kept cigarettes away. I just bought my 3rd AVP mod, a Evic Supreme and after 3 days it is dead. I was looking for help on what to do now? Should I contact the online vender (Sweet-Vapes) or go direct to joyetech?

P.S. Never would have thought a forum on e-cigs would be this large...I have some reading to do on this forum..

I would go back to the Vendor. Can't see there would be a problem.

Generally speaking, although Joyetech never helped me (they squirmed out of the warranty on my EVIC) they are not going to bust your behind on such a quick failure.

Yes, the vendor would be held responsible first, and if they do not fulfill any outlined return policies or warranty guidelines, you would need to contact the manufacturer. Goodluck, and sorry to hear that
