I have smoked for 45 years finishing a week ago on 80 very high strength cigarettes a day.

I'm very new to vaping, after playing around with disposables I've settled on the Biansi Imist 2 with 1100mah batteries and I'm using 36mg strength juice.

I'm not sure as to the type of fitting the Imist uses, are there any more powerful batteries and VV devises available that would fit my Imist giving a stronger vape. A VV devise would (I think) allow me to vary the hit (early morning low, rest of the day high).

All advise appreciated

The first battery I used was the Ego C-Twist VV. It was a really nice starter battery for me. I did however find that I rarely changed the setting on it. I eventually upgraded to an Innokin iTaste MVP V2, it is both VV and VW, I mostly use the VW for dual coil tanks and the VV for my Protank 2 and RDA. The MVP is decently priced as well, runs about $40-$80 depending on where you buy it.

*edit* Forgot to include info that the MVP has both ego and 510 threads.

*edit no 2* Congratulations on the switch to Vaping!:toast:

Animal, welcome to ECF!

Glad to hear about your progress & am proud of your efforts! I also started with an ego style device with 1100mah battery, these holds up most of the day. Am still using mine, but now have an Astro clone. There are so many mods to choose from & everyone has their preferences, it's best to know a local distributor. Mine is also my coach & helps me when I'm ready to take the next step forward.

Was a 37 year smoker myself, there's a large number of us here who were long term smokers who are now vaping instead.

If you need assistance, please let us know.

All the Best,
Cat
