Welcome to ECF.
Good to hear you've found what works.
If it ain't broke don't fix it!!!
How long u bin vapin'?
Cheers.
since 2010, started with those old and terrible Evod style pens and I say terrible compared to today's products. I do have the 60W Kanger Dripmod but I am having to break myself in slowly going from 25W single coils to 60W dual coils. It's like night and day....

funny, I should get a pair of 60 dripboxes in a few days... finally found something my hubby is willing to try besides the toptanks/pro tanks 4 and my rbas.
They have a squonker bottle and that's cool to use but OMG the Vape production is wicked. The flavor is really great too but for me I have to get use to that hit.

his main complaint is lack of flavour... he's finally trying my Clapton rbas and we both sub ohm around .5.. I'm hoping the squonker will be okay the juice is a 3 or 6mg nic already. lmao and he complains he doesn't get clouds like me... well gee I wonder why?
That Dripmod will solve his problems for sure. My rba builds all come in at .05 and thats good enough for just about anybody I suppose. That Dripmod will run .02. My wife like her Neebox that I call the leakbox lol, she uses the Ceramic coils .05 and loves it. I bought some clapton wire off Ebay a few weeks ago and I will use some of it next week when I recoil my rba, I hear people like it more than Kenthal.

We had to wade through so much "inferior" crap back in the day it's probably best if we all could forget.

I started in 2012 with cartos and EGO B Mega tanks.
Hesitated when ego C's came out but when Stardusts/CE4's
came out I was happier. The old Evod tanks when they came out were even better than those though. imo.

Folks back then worked real hard to try and get a decent vape outta the crap available at the time. We do not need to be nearly as motivated and creative now a days.

But the old crap is still out there and a newbie today has to wade through and pay for even more crap than we did.
Unless they do their homework/come here and ask, first.

Right, I am trying to get my brother of Kool's and I explained to him I have already done the trial and error and today we have great devices. We have great prices as well IMO if you stay away from Vape shops and use the top rated USA sellers on Ebay who sell authentic devices we can usally save upwards of 40% or more. I have a few sellers I buy stuff from and it works out for me at least.

Let him try your stuff or testers in vape shops to get an idea if he likes sub-ohm or lung hits before getting him anything.

The tech today allows the newb to go too far the other way (opposite of what we had) and get too much set-up for their needs. That can be a turnoff too for those that want it to replace a smoke not win a cloud comp.

But I'm sure ur more than aware "one size does not fit all". Cheers.

I started on the toptank and instant subbing, but it worked for me, was more of a struggle for my hubby. I did do a lot of reading at every step and the shop we went to is owned by someone we already knew and trusted. we got good advice all along, most don't and I was happy to find here for even more info when I started getting into the rba etc.
