I am a brand new user to your forum and I would like to thank all of you for providing so much information on vaping.

I started cigarettes while I was young and would like to finally stop. One of my friends recommend me to try to vape and while doing research on it, I found this site. I only recently started vaping but, I'm hoping to stick with it and quit cigarettes.

Thanks for reading,
Seb23100

Welcome Seb23100!! Depending on how much you smoke, 6MG may be good. I was a 1/2 a pack to full pack a day smoker. Light cigarettes. 6mg juice wasn't enough at first. But the higher up you go on your nicotine level, the more of throat hit you'll get. Not sure if that's what you want or not. Good luck in quitting the coffin nails!
Thank you. I will have to take that into consideration. Maybe I'll try 6 for a couple more days and see how it goes.

Thank you for your kind words. I picked up an Aspire Pockex with some 6mg juice but, I feel I might need to go up in nicotine level.
I'm not familiar with that setup, but did have a similar one (unregulated Joyetech AIO with 0.6ohm coils). I'd been down to 10-12mg on 1-ohm coils in unregulated devices for quite a while and thought I'd have to lower the nic for the 0.6ohm coils of the AIO, but it turns out the AIO hit about the same as my other stuff.

Don't be afraid to up the nic if that's what you need (when I started, with lower watt devices, I tried 12mg and 16mg at first, but it wasn't enough, so I went with 18mg and 24mg (and sometimes even higher for out at the bar).

If you do decide to up the nic from 6mg, you could get the same juice in a 12mg -- try some of that as is, and try some mixed half&half with your 6mg (9mg). You should be able to zero in on your needs relatively quickly.

Thank you for infomation. If 6mg doesn't work out I will try what you said and mix 6 and 12 to make 9mg juice.
