New to vaping for a month or so. I've struggled with tobacco for the last 15 years. 8 years of light smoking, 5 years of frequent snuff use and lastly, quite a struggle with cigar smoking. An occasional weekend cigar turned into a daily thing. Disgusted with myself, I began considering alternatives. I've always been an active runner and weight lifter and my performance has struggled to say the least. I only know one close friend who vapes. (We live in the sticks.) I learned a bit from him and did much research. I finally settled on a Joytech EGO AIO and some tobacco flavored e-juice from my local vape shop.

It’s not great, but it works. Quitting with e-cigarettes takes a long time to quit nicotine entirely, but it CAN be done, and WITHOUT discomfort. Step one is transition from analogs. When that is done, you start totrating the nicotine level of the juice…slowly. And WAAAY down. I think the lowest I got was 0.25mil/ml. This “you’ll Be fine below 3ml.” Thing is B.S. IMHO. SOME people can do it. My sister went from 8 to 0. People who have tried and failed though can’t. The failure rate is the same as for analogs; 80%. There are 2 ways I know of to titrate. The cheapest and most flexible is DIY. With that you can mix anything. (It’s also really easy.) Another way to do it is get a bottle of regular strength and a bottle of zero IN THE SAME FLAVOR and mix em. Both require the same equipment, a small really accurate scale (I got mine on Amazon for $8. It was meant for weighing jewelry.
