Yes. A pack of new cartos that will work costs $7. A Zmax is $130 and a Provari is $200. Makes understanding how vaping works worth the effort.

Well, just gettin back here now, but I suppose that the first carto had to be a dud! Have been vaping all evening on the one I filled earlier. If I can only get that dual coil tank to work, I'll be happy! Anyway, I really appreciate all the help.

Well, here we go again! Just another update........ The carto filled with RY4 is vaping nicely, good vapor, warmth, and th! BUT, I just filled one up with apple 26mg, and I'll be d@&*#@ if it vapes worth a crap! They are both Dekang juices, and similar viscosities (apple may be a tad thinner) I just cant figure it out. It is working, but I am getting very warm (but not much) vapor that burns my throat! I would say it was the liquid, but it vapes fine in the clearos? Maybe I just need some standard resistance cartos?

Just an observation,but it kinda sounds like you may have gotten hold of a box of the OLD boges that they were having some problems with a while back.You stated you got them @ a B&M tobacco shop and I cant imagine their stock turning over very fast....I mean,you have one that works and one that doesn't,which isn't all together strange.It happens.I'd scrape the bad and count it as a loss and go online to get a box of new ones, before the good ones you have run out.Ya don't wanna be caught short.The resistances you listed should work fine on the equipment you have.I certainly would not buy more expensive batteries until you get a bit more experience under your belt.
