No, wrong batteries for vaping use.
You need high drain IMR/hybrid 'safer' chemistry batteries, bought from reputable vendors / dealers to avoid counterfeit, fake, erroneously labeled batteries.

Resistance range is a personal preference tempered by your batteries ability to handle the amp draw plus a margin under the CDR as headroom for safety.

I would do the reading on battery safety and ohm law, if you are using a mech especially you have to know enough to be safe. If you don't have the time to do research, maybe start with a regulated aka chipped device that will offer some protection if you are using the wrong battery/overloading.

The mah just refers to how much charge it can hold, not the max continuoud discharge amperage
