Both of these atomizers are very similar.
When the atomizers are filled they instantly floodI have to feed a sheet of tissue paper
down the drip tip and wait. This has to be done three times every time the atomizer is refilled.
Can someone who has experience with either of these atomizers help me figure out how to wick them?
Thanks for any person who can help me.

I looked at all the YouTube videos and none of them mention or have flooding. They just build like I do and start vaping, it never floods. I've never been able to vape without feeding tissue three times to suck up the flooding. I'm using cotton to wick. These two tanks are the only ones that do this. I'm going to try cutting the wicks longer next build.

Have you checked your gaskets to make sure they are present and/or not damaged?

I don’t have either one, but I’ve got a lot of attys. They generally work on a combination of vacuum pressure and capillary action. Usually it’s a vacuum problem. Either the wick isn’t filling the juice feed hole, or some shutoff or other isn’t working or isn’t being used.

Sounds like they work fine after you clear the initial flooding?

I don't know those tanks. The only time I've had to clear juice out of the drip tip after filling has been when I overfilled a tank and didn't leave enough air space at the top for a good vacuum. Some tanks will work with a very small amount of air space and some need a larger space. Maybe try one time putting less juice in the tank and see if that makes a difference.

I can't help thinking if it was a wicking or gasket problem it would go on flooding rather than just flooding right after a fill and then being OK.

If they work after clearing the flood with tissue one or more times then I’d say it’s almost certainly the wicking. What could be happening is that the wick is too short or thin on one or both sides and when filled there’s enough pressure to push the liquid up beyond the wick into the chimney. After clearing with tissue there is less liquid so you’re lowering the juice level slowly until just hitting the point at which it stops being able to push beyond the wick and it‘ll then vape fine. I’d try a longer wick and make sure you are covering the entire juice intake on either side so there are no holes and creating the “dam” so that it wicks into the cotton but doesn’t get beyond it when filled back up. The Blotto had a similar deck (though bottom airflow so a flood usually would never stop) and this is exactly what would happen if you didn’t quite put enough cotton down through the wicking holes or missed even a small gap. A lot of reviewers imo tend to stuff the intakes with cotton which will stop flooding but mute the flavour. The worst RTA I ever encountered for this kind of problem was the Troll X but again it was bottom airflow and mostly just poorly designed for the kind of tolerances Wotofo manufacture their RTAs to. I haven’t used either of these attys but what you describe sounds right, the top airflow being what stops them emptying completely once any kind of flood starts.
Youtube reviewers also often superheat coils when pulsing them, then rake them with screwdrivers to get rid of hotspots which will absolutely wreck a good coil but that’s another thing entirely! If you have a look at Vic’s old Aromamizer wicking tutorial I still think it’s one of the best guides I’ve seen. Thats an RDTA obviously but he does a good job in it of demonstrating good wicking practice in general that has yet to fail me.
