Some people look at vaping as a hobby and focus on the gear, some just want to blow some smoke whatever way is easiest, some want to "look good" while just blowing smoke, some want to blow huge clouds of vapor, some want to do God knows what. Decide what you want out of vaping.
I want to "look good" and I don't think the square boxes, like the itaste MVP, look good so, for me i prefer different things. However, the MVP is easy. Just plug it in to recharge, adjust the power if you want, it will tell you when the battery needs to be recharged, it even counts the puffs so you can I don't know what. One of them and a simple vaporizer, with replaceable coils is fine.
If you like a round mod there are a bunch in two main groups. The first group is regulated, like the vamo. It takes care of everything for you, like the MVP. The major difference is with the battery & charger. The MVP has a built in battery and you charge it just like a cell phone. The round mods take lithium ion batteries and require a charger so add that cost in. If you are out about and run out of charge with the MVP it will not work, you can use it while you have it plugged in for recharging. With the vamo if you have a spare battery with you just change the battery and cary on.
Mechanical mods, like a nemesis, are just a battery holder with an on/off switch. With them you can run to battery too far down, not good for the battery, run it with too low a resistance, not good for you, or anything else you want, like use a sub ohm coil you built to get clouds of vapor.
iclear makes a bunch of 30's (one of them the 30s), They are all close to each other in the way they look but differ in the type of coil. some are top coils and some are bottom coils. (Top coil atomizers have the coil, the part that gets hot and converts the liquid to vapor, on the top and bottom coil atomizers have the coil on the bottom. Top coils use wicks to get the juice up and they can get dry. Bottom coils can flood. Dual coils have two coils and may produce more vapor, are newer designs, are a great advertising feature, and I am not sure what else.
I like the nautilus because it holds a HUGE amount of liquid and the amount of air is adjustable.
No matter what you get it will probably work. YOU need to think about way you want from your equipment. If possible try some gear from other people. Almost every vaper will have a different setup that they think is BEST and it may well be best for them. What you want is the setup that is BEST for you.
Good luck and vape on.
One thing I almost forgot. Some juices, cinnamon for example, will crack a plastic tank, like most of the iclears, and dropping will crack most of the glass tanks, like the nautilus.
