Could I get a charger that would run over night without me being in fear for my safety? I've always enjoyed sleeping and getting up to a full charged battery

...lol.. one more post.... :)

The Intellicharger is a pretty safe charger. I have the I4, and it's been plugged in 24/7 for the last 2 months. I'd still take precautions though, not because of the charger, but because of the battery. I've seen a few posts where EGO batteries turn into a rocket, shoot across a room, and burned whatever they landed on. I'm afraid that my larger batteries might do the same, so I actually have mine housed in a wooden box. I know.. wood burns.... but... I doubt it'll sustain a fire if the lid is closed.

BTW, don't want to scare you.. I've never had a problem with a battery at all.. in over a year of vaping.

I've been using a trustfire TR001 for 6 months for my Provari's AW IMR batteries. I'm not sure if these are appropriate for a Vamo but I don't see any reason why not. I charge them overnight all the time and they're usually done by the time I wake up. When it's done charging, I let the battery sit at an angle in the charger, so the negative is resting on the negative springy thingy and the positive isn't touching anything. I don't purposely leave the batteries on the charger for any period of time, but I have in the past because I've been in a hurry to get to work etc. I don't freak out about it. That said, I would prefer to have a nitecore intellicharger, but those are $40 bucks. The TR001 only gets my batteries to just shy of a 4.2 volt charge, other chargers I've borrowed or used at a friends house have gotten them to 4.3.

It does the job just fine and IMR batteries seem to be regarded as the safest battery for regulated mods. I believe you can actually void a Provari warranty by using anything but AW IMR batteries. Not a big deal, they aren't too spendy or anything

Just to ruin the great discussion here, I'll throw the iTaste VV3 into the mix. Like you, I'm looking at stepping up from my eGo starter kit (2 650 mah batteries). I have been considering a vision spinner 1300, iTaste vv3, the MVP2, and the Vamo v5 for the past couple of days (even dreamed about it last night--weird!). So, I was about to pull the trigger on both the vv3 and the MVP2 from 101vape until someone on http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...proof-solution-go-itaste-vv-3-total-newb.html mentioned the combo packs with of each on SteamMonkey that include Kanger mini Pro Tank 2s with each.

Figured I'd make the decision just that much harder for you! :ohmy:

Hi! I'm new to this forum and this is my first post.

Currently I have:

Tripl3 eGo battery
Tripl3 eGo charger (came with battery)
Elite clearomizer ($7.99)
And (my favorite) coffee flavor eliquid with 18 mg of nicotine

I've had this "build" (somewhat new to vaping) for about 4 months now. And like everyone else, I would like to upgrade.
I've decided on what mod I want. And that is the black chrome vamo v5. I have seen many reviews and it is the right size and seems to have a lengthy life expectancy.
I would like to know, can I use my eGo charger with the batteries for the vamo? Or do I have to buy a new charger? And will a decent tank from a local vape shop work on the vamo? I'm not sure what else to ask so just help me!! I don't want to spend more than $100 but if I have to I will.
I plan on keeping my tripl3 for the car (not leaving it in there) and keeping my expensive vape (vamo) at home for relaxing.
Also! Reply with your favorite flavor! I'd love suggestions!

Have you considered the MVP2?
High capacity passthrough battery; requires no charger; best bang for the buck in batteries; often sold as a complete kit including tank.

The vamo is a tube for batteries; you'd have to buy 2 batteries for it and a charger for the batteries; not the eGo type charger is not for those batteries.

Yeah man. I was intending on buying the vamo v5 on my next paycheck with all the accessories and using my good ole tripl3 eGo for when I leave the house. That way I don't break my precious mod that I paid so much for, instead break a $25 battery. Is there anyway you recommend getting a vamo v5? Because my local vapor shop sells them for $100+ and I've heard they are cheaper other places

check on whether that's a full kit or not and on the warranty conditions.

My vamo seemed expensive when I bought it but it turned out to be a full kit with batteries, charger and tank, so it wasn't a bad price after all.

That's one of the reasons to start with an mvp2; chances are you will always have it with you, not leave it somewhere charging unattended;

with a tube like a vamo, you might have it with you, and a second battery on the charger, and next thing you know you're off to work or something then you remember you left the battery charging at home

I got a deal at a local shop. Comes with the v5 3 batteries charger and 2 protanks and nautilus. All for 80$

Sounds good.

Next is the taste chase. Don't buy too much of one flavor; your tastebuds change when you stop smoking;
beware some liquids if made to order on the spot at a shop need a few days to a few weeks to blend; best to keep it simple.
