what if I went with a MNKE 18650 High-drain battery They are inexpensive so if I could get more options and better results I'll pick a couple up tomarrow

With an MNKE IMR 18650 1500mah, you would be able to go down to a 0.3Ω coil. To reach that with a dual coil, the individual coils would have to be 0.6Ω each. That battery would give you just about all the wiggle room you could ask for. At a 20amp CDR, there are very few batteries that surpass it.

20A is a good amount. I might pick some of those up :p

I don't really know what "safe" sub ohm you could hit with 20 amperes, I'm not a sub ohm kind of guy. I do highly recommend micro coils though. You can see a post I made on them here with a picture for a guide line (3/32" diameter, that's a typo). If you need any help whatsoever just ask I'm happy to help you get your dripper going good!

Micro coils are: 1.) Safer than sub ohm, 2.) Produce hella clouds and very good flavor. You needn't worry about having the best batteries, some decent high drain IMRs and you're good to go. I usually wrap mine so they come out to exactly 1.3Ω so I can run them on my APV. Working very very good. You can even build dual micros on your Trident clone.
