Can ANYONE out there help me out? 2/4 batteries for two DSE 905's I bought from OKsmokey are not working. Not sure WHY. I bought both ecigs about 4-5 months ago, used one for a week or so and then left them on one side until 10 days ago. Both I and my son have been using them now for the last 10 days (given up ordinary cigarettes....amazing!)

The first failed battery just showed green light on charge - but wasn't working in the ecig. The second did work for a bit - but then developed the same symptom pattern and no longer works. For the usage we have had from them this is a bit over the top.

Question is, what to do next to keep us going - we now have one battery each and if either fails it will be back to fumes and fags. Don't think I want to order more of the same batteries, given this failure rate and given no explanation for it. I either need to know what I am doing wrong - or I need a different battery solution than that provided by the supplier.

OKSmokey have (finally) replied to my queries ...suggesting that I may have got eliquid on the battery terminal. This sounds worrying to me - surely in the 905 the battery is in a separate housing - I would have thought it would be a safety issue if eliquid could get into the battery in normal use of the ecig. Am I being stupid? In any event it seems unlikely - esp since one of the batteries did not work straight from storage.

Can anyone either tell me what I have done wrong - and or suggest another battery supplier? I'm not even sure if the battery supplied by OKSmokey is a protected battery and from what I read this is important. I've seen batteries made by Trustfire on ebay - Lithium rechargeable icr1400 9000aMh 3.7v AA size, which all looks identical to the original batteries supplied (but these are declared as being protected and cost less than half the price of those supplied originally). However, delivery time is likely to be lengthy and I don't know if I can use the same charger to recharge them. Can anyone recommend any alternative options that would work without being hopelessly expensive?

Thanks for any replies
