Can you take a picture of the whole wrapper? We can only see half of it.

I think that's all they have. It's ripped in half on the left side.

BTW - When you say you think this came from a "vaping device", do you mean "Vaping" Nicotine? Or do you mean "Vaping" THC (ie: Smoking Pot)?

That question occurred to me as well. When this forum started vaping was virtually unknown. We were and still are about tobacco harm reduction. Experts have said that what we do is 95% less harmful than smoking tobacco. For us, that is a positive. We have made better choices.
