help choosing mod

I need some help picking a mod. Hopefully I'm not being too picky. here are my requirements.

$130 or less.
Replaceable batteries (no MVP v2, etc)
Variable wattage up to 15w
Must have digital / LED screen
Good quality (better than Sid, Evic, or Vamo)
Can take 18650 battery

Super Duper bonus points if you know of a dna 20 device for $130 or less that doesnt take 6-8 weeks to be built (no NES mod )

Good luck, I don't think you'll be able to get a DNA20 or comparable for that price range though

Does it matter if it is a clone?

in theory you should be able to run this thing at 19 watts.... 1.2 ohm coil at 5 volts...
it has a 4 amp cut off.

Have you considered the Sigeliei Zmax? The device, batteries, and charger should be well withing your price range.

Nevermind, the one I found isn't a DNA20, just a box mod.

How bout the innoken SVD... 40 bucks and it has your screen you are looking for. I would suggest a silver bullet with a kick if you can get away from that screen though
