Thanks Lexx. I was trying to get what the differences in them were. From what I read, the kayfun and the R91 will leak juice if less than half full, while the Taifun won't, which is a primary reason I'm leaning towards the Taifun. Any other differences?
I vape my Kayfuns dry with not so much as a single drop of leakage , and building the Kayfuns are a lot easier than messing with those tiny protank heads , they're far more forgiving as far as building them too , nowhere near as picky over the amount of wick used .

I think you will find the Taifun less forgiving and a lot more prone to flooding & gurgling than the Kayfuns , the Taifun's are more like the protanks in design , if you don't get the amount of wick just right you'll regret it .

Now when I thought I had my mind made up as to which RBA I wanted to go with, you had to put up the last two posts huh retic?

Like I said, I haven't really had any issues with Protanks in regards to flooding or gurgling, so the Taifun shouldn't be much of an issue, but any forgiveness I can get, I'll take. So now I'll probably be giong with a Kayfun. That is until I hear something else to sway me to the R91 or back to Taifun.

Hopefully, the B&M will only have 1 of the 3 options to make it easier for me to choose one.:vapor:

Here's a shout out for the new version 2 Rocket kayfun-style atomizer. The version 2 Rocket is all stainless steel with an adjustable air flow ring and now includes a 510 drip tip adaptor. Kit also includes a clear tank section as well.

I'm running mine at .9Ω with cotton and it's a fantastic vape. While the draw is still tight compared to other styles of atomizers, the draw on the rocket is much smoother (and quieter) then my Tobeco KFL. The KFL clone will be taking a back seat.

Should be able to find one for less than $30 online. I purchased mine from Desire E-cig.

I've never had an R91 or a Kayfun leak at all. Can't see how they could leak if assembled properly. I use these tanks all day every day. No leaks. Ever :)

There's really no difference between the R91% and the Kayfuns , the parts are even interchangeable , the main difference between them and the Taifun is the submerged wick on the Taifun makes the amount of wick used critical , I use 100%VG in my Kayfuns with no wicking problems whatsoever , they are a lazy man's dream come true , my coils are over a month old and going strong , BTW I agree on the REO's they're next on my wish list but I gotta save my pennies for one .

Kayfun it is then. You sold me. I thought about REOs when I was looking for my mod. Wanted to get away from the mech I was using and the Zmax wasn't doing it for me. I know they have A VV version of the REO but I honestly don't remember why I decided against it. I'm very happy with the Provari so far.

I agree, but now that I've figured it out, I find the Taifun GT to be easier and more satisfying than Kayfuns.

XC-116 "flavor wick" for the win!

I do have two Kayfuns set up as drippers, though, and love how much they hold.
