HELP: did I just kill my 1st go kart

I have had the gogo for just over 24hr and I couldn't wait for the first cart to go dry and fill it with my fav for now ry4..as soon as I smelt the 1st bit of burn I stopped and topped of the cart to the point where it dripped from the bottom dried everything of spun the carto in my hand for good luck and the first 3 puffs felt like I was smoking straight filler..now that it has set for a while it tastes like half burn\half ry4

You may have burned the carto. Just because it is dripping out and you have spun the cart a bit does not mean it was completely saturated. A carto the size of a Go cart will take time to evenly distribute the juice. I would leave them set for at least 10 minutes moving them around every so often to make sure the juice has spread out.

Give it time your cart may not be ruined but I would be prepared for it to be written off I hope you have more and get some on order if you don't have many.

Yes it sounds like you did. You need to fill cartos properly, putting at least 18 drops in per ml of capacity the carto has. Then you clean it up and be patient. I lay a newly filled blank carto on different sides for 15-20 minutes to make sure every bit of stuffing has absorbed some liquid. I am using 70pg/30vg liquid. If your liquid is thicker (has more VG) then you may need to wait a lot longer.
