Help finding a charger

I'm looking for a 'female' USB charger.... it's for the 2 piece ecig like Red Dragon. So the battery part is the 'male' and sticks out whereas alot of the ecigs are the other way around. Red Dragon has it for 11.95 plus 7.00 shipping... was wondering if anyone knows where I might get a better deal as this is just a back-up (my 2 piece) to my 510... anyone?

From what I understand, red dragons are KR-808D model ecigs. I've looked around for chargers not directly through them and honestly red dragon seems to have the best deal. $19 when all is said and done isn't too terrible, I suppose.
