Help finding shop in Cologne Germany!

Greetings community! Long time lurker first time poster. I'm in need of some help.

I'm in Cologne Germany for gamescom and I've run out of e juice. I can't seem to find a local shop on the internet, yet users in the Germany section say there are shops in Cologne. Can anyone help me find a local shop? Thank you!
