Hi All,

I was a menthol smoker and since my recent transition to vapor have begun checking out flavors and really like it.
That is not true of my son unfortunately. He's a Marlboro Light 100"s man and I know nothing about tobacco's. Mostly on sites
I see Red Box, Blue Box and Gold Box. Then there is 555 Type DK tobacco, RY4, RY4 Asian and even RT4 Doubled. You've got to be kidding me !!! :?: Oh, and one more thing... is there a difference tobacco Blends & Extracts and tobacco flavors?
What's kinda funny is a few years ago I worked at a convenience store and Marlboro Light 100's was a top seller, now I can't find a flavor for it but happy to say I can get the flavor for hostess twinkies :p
I would be so very thankful for any and all suggestions.
Cheryl

Are you DIYing, or looking for pre-made? Seedman has a flavoring called 'Light Brand' here, but for pre-mix I have no clue. Unfortunately there is no vape that can approximate the combustion of thousands of organic compounds, so there is nothing that replace the flavor of a ML100. The hope is that your son can find a flavor that makes him realize that the combustion of those thousands of organic compounds, actually, tastes like ......

Flavour Arts has some fair tobacco flavorings. TFA tobacco flavorings aren't very good, theres an "M" type TFA carries that is SUPPOSED to be similar to a Marlboro flavor. It really is not.

You need to extract tobacco flavor from actual tobacco leaves to get realistic tobacco flavor, imo.

Its called NET tobacco (naturally extracted tobacco). Its being sold by quite a few vendors now, the NETS.

Any juice vendor that has a "Brand Name" cigarette flavor is very likely to receive a letter from a very large, well funded legal department so they tend to use codes. Cowboy was a popular one for a while until the big tobacco company decided that belonged to them as well. Red box should be pretty easy to figure out, Desert ship is a common name for one the features desert and pyramids on the pack, etc. I think 555 is actually a brand name, just not a domestic one (speaking for the US here). Having said that, I don't think it's possible to get the taste of a burning tobacco cigarette but there are some tobacco flavors out there that are better than others and I'm sure many ECFers would be happy to share their opinions.

Correction: One organic compound, thousands of synthetic and poisonous chemicals. I'm guessing the OP could buy some ammonia, formaldehyde, and other noxious crap and kill himself trying to perfect the flavor, but I'd recommend just trying some captain black, english tobacco, or others from WL, and using some Ethyl M to smooth it out.

Love that statement. I'm a non-smoker for 2 weeks and can already relate to that statement.
