Help identifying a supplier

I received a very thin USPS priority Flat Rate mailing envelope today, it was completely sealed and upon opening it found nothing inside, it was completely empty The supplier used the name;

Does anyone know what supplier this is so I can contact them and find out why they failed to put my order in the envelope before sealing and sending it??? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ummm I'm pretty sure thats Vapor bomb. did you order from them?

Yes it's one of the orders I'm waiting on, I'll contact them and find out why they sent me an empty envelope, very strange. Thanks for that.
