Help identifying an atomizer with 9 stacked air holes per side

Was out and about and saw an atomizer that looked vaguely tobish, but had 9 stacked air holes per side. Any idea what it is?

It was the mutation x or the rda from cloud chasers inc... I forgot what it's called...

That's a tobh with more drilled air holes isn't it?
