Give it a couple days before you try to change it I redrilled mine a few days ago and at first hated it as well buuuuuuut I didn't feel like messing with it again and I have discovered not only do I get better vapor I also get much much better flavor with the larger hole. try taking a piece of mesh roll it up a stuff it in the hole to barely stiffen the draw while leaving the hole the same size. you could learn to enjoy it alot as I have. I also rewicked it just now with 100% non oxidized 400 mesh rolled solidish and it's throwing stupid clouds of clean clean vapor.

Late but valuable fact:
Doubling the diameter of a circle increases the area by 400%.
Always increase air hole incrementally to avoid that oh crap moment.
Lead free solder if you are experience at soldering, if you aren't you may very well just make a mess of it.
Aluminum tape (small piece) to cover the hole, then piercing it with a smaller hole is the fastest fix, not necessarily the most visually pleasing, but will allow you to find the right size hole for your preference.
