Hi, I'm guessing that if you are new to vaping. I'm not going to be rude or anything, I'm new to this world too, kind of. You have to remember, lower the ohms-higher the wattage, higher the ohms-lower the wattage. If you have a 0.1 ohms coil, well...I really think you should start with a higher ohm coil ( 1.0, 1.5...) and try a started kit so that you get use to the feel and really get to know what is it that you like, know more about ohms law, coil building, etc, etc. But if you are low budget ( like most people are nowadays ), then just try to use it around 60-70 watts, if it is too warm for you then go down until you find yourself comfortable. Little baby steps first, don't feel bad if you have to go from 70 to 20 watts, it's normal, it takes time to get use to the warm sweet vape. Hope I could help you a bit.
