Just to update - I bow to the wit of CATastrophe! Rolling up on 24 hours and zero issue since cleaning the connector. I will call that fixed

You really shouldn't need glue to hold your bottle on mine aren't glued if the tube comes off that easy you may have some broken off tube still on the nipple stopping the tube from sliding on all the way

Yes it is!! It survived my 30 minute hard vaping lunch as well and its flawless still! May still not be a bad idea to add a dot of super glue, but I really think CATastrophe is a genius and it was the connector.

The infamous connector funk ........... strikes again.

Didja take it off - accidentally on purpose - at some point?

Is this a bad thing? I take the tube off all the time when I'm refilling, then slide it back in. Haven't had any issues to date, should I not be removing the tubing?

JMO, but I think if you constantly remove the tubing from the nipple, eventually it will become a leak point. Then you will have to trim off a bit of tubing to get the rigidity back, which means the tube will not reach to the bottom of your bottle. There's many methods to filling your bottle that dont require removal of the tubing, if you check the stickies.
