If you rotate the ceramic piece to the left or the right you will be able to screw the post back in place . It has moved a little and is not lining up with the threaded hole . No need to take your atomizer apart you can soak it in alcohol or boil it if your worried about germs or it being dirty .

I should also mention once you have the negative post unscrewed the whole ceramic deck can be pushed out from the base of the atty

Ok I've tried that like six times it won't fit in the hole once I wrap wire around it.

Mine has no place to unscrew the base of the ceramic from. That's what I was trying to do in the first place.

The whole center post and the ceramic deck can be pushed out from the bottom of the 510 . You would need a round point file to turn the center post on the rm2 the newer rm2s don't have a slot for screw driver

I'm guessing the one on the left is the one that's on the bottom. It looks like most of the threading is sheared off... Look at the third pic on that guide where it shows the two pins. Definitely a difference there.

So rob is saying that the ceramic has moved a little and the screw base is not lining up with the hole in the ceramic now.

I don't know if you tried but have you tried screwing the one giving you problems first without the other post in so you can budge/rotate the ceramic to line up with the base plate holes so it screws in?

I ripped the entire thing apart no I know exactly what happen no it's not fixable yes I have to buy a new one. I waiting on a pm. And smoking. Today's been awesome TT-TT

If these are the post screws you took out of your RM2, and are trying to screw back in it... then it looks like the Negative has broken. It's not screwing into the hole because the broken threaded half is lodged down in there. Can you take a picture of the ceramic deck with bright lighting shining in the hole?

The one on the Bottom is the Negative Post.
