Egos have a 5 click on-off feature. If it's lighting it sounds like it's turned on though.

It's possible the center pin on the atty/carto isn't making contact. Get a push pin, paper clip or something similar, stick it in the center hole (where it screws onto the battery) and gently wiggle/pull the center pin out. If it's in too far it won't make contact with the battery when screwed on. It doesn't take much and you probably won't even notice it move out at all.

That's about all I can think of unless it's a DOA atty or carto. Have you tried another one?

The battery is definitely on, I previously learned about the pushing it 5 times to turn it off and on. I don't have another clearomizer, just the one it came with. And yes I have filled it with just. Just disappointed haha

Try what I mentioned about the center pin. It's a common issue and one of the first things I check if I have something that won't fire.
