help me decide please

The janty stick looks to me like a fantastic portable e-cig, the kind of thing that would be great to stick in the pocket and vape in public ..but I just can't see how the battery life could be all that good..the mah of the battery is quite small.

For me the battery only last a couple of hours and i chain vape.
In this size battery 10mmX40MM i can not find any other battery larger than 360 mah. I have seem some batterys that claim 500mah but i dont think thats possible. maybe i can hook my car battery up to it
