Help me find a pv that's a bit larger?

I went from V4L XL's to the P18 - Would never go back

I'm looking for a new pv -- it'll be some time until I can get it, likely, but that's all the more time to bone up on fact(oids).

I want to drip, if not always than often on this pv. I don't especially care about battery life, as I vape on a Vapor Kings usb pt right now and it takes a a TON of stress off my batteries, and since I'm currently unemployed I'm generally not far from a friendly usb port.

I want something larger than a cigarette. I never cared if it looked like a cig or not, and I do like the feel of larger things, I like the feel of a bit of heft in hand. This is part of why all my fountain pens are weighted forward, it just feels good and so much about use is feel.

I'm currently infatuated as heck with the Boge Leo and the Super-T Precise. I kinda want something more cigar like... I do understand that the eGo/Riva models are currently the top favorite to recommend for people like me.

I'm sure I'm missing information in this post. What information would be helpful to know while on this extended search? I don't seem to be too married to th or vapor production, so even if it medium produces I'll likely be happy with it... I mean, if I'm incredibly happy with the Vapor4Life kr808, wouldn't that mean that I'd likely be happy with virtually any pv -?

I'm sorry for this post. Ack, you all make me feel a bit self conscious about posting, I'd rather post responsibly but I'm getting a bit overwhelmed with choices and search strings.

My 2 cents... get a GGTB, great simple 100% mechanical mod can use many different battery sizes, capable of 3.7v, 6v, 7.4v. Can use any atty/carto w/ propper adapter thread, locking button so no misfires in your pocket at a reasonable price of $73.00 Will last you a lifetime NEW GG Telescopic Battery electronic cigarette

I personally like my Podigy V3 from puresmoker, you can get adapters for 510, 808, 901, 4075, 4072 and 801. You can also vape at 3.7v or 6v depending on which battery you put in. It depends on your budget and what size you want, it is a tad smaller than the SB, silver bullet, or BB but costs a bit more.

Well if money is not an issue you could also go for the more advanced GGTS.
Alternatively there is also the wood way (more of a pipe feeling than a cigar feeling lookwise): Ali'i / Journeyman / Phidias ... the extra plus for your case is that they are bottom feeders (which is essentially a build in dripping feature)

Yes as stated above... if $ isn't an issue you can go w/ the GGTS which is a solid high grade aluminum which can just be buffed or polished to bring back the finish.
Also IMEO will fix anything for you that may be mechanically wrong w/ it(very rare). He stands behind his product, just look in the GG sub forum threads and see.

Hey redshirt. You must be quite confused.

I'm with the others suggesting you may be looking for a mod. But they've suggested a lot of different things (all of them good)

The Buzz is a variable voltage device, so you can change the power of your e-cig to whatever you want. It's from NotCigs.com, and I think they're also coming out with a new model soon called the Infinity that will be slimmer, and also vari-volt.

The GGTB and the GGTS are both from the Golden Greek line. They are fully mechanical, which is great for longevity. The GGTS has lots of options, including a pass-thru. It has a 4-in-one adapter to suit most styles of atties, a juice feeder option, and lots of battery options since it can change size. The GGTB is simpler, with a 901 connection as standard, and an adjustable length "dummy battery" for fitting different batteries. It's also a lot cheaper. This is the one I landed on in my mod search. I wanted a simple mechanical mod, and good value, so that was it!

The Precise line (P10, P16, P18, soon the Shockwave too) is also a fully mechanical mod, in either all stainless steel, or with brass accents. They have a button button with adjustable throw, and with the all-steel versions, a lifetime guarantee.

If you want it to last forever, go with a mechanical mod.

dspin - That's true of the vendors, but people can and do contact Imeo and get replacement parts or the offer of a re-finishing or replacement whatever they need from Imeo if something goes wrong. Though something going wrong is uncommon, with mechanical mods in general.

If you're happy with the 808, but want larger, you might look into the Greenworld G400 auto when you're good with $ again. It's a 900 mAh 808. The battery length is between a standard and an XL, but it's a bit fatter (larger diameter), with a nice matte black rubbery finish -- I find it good to grip.

You can either use standard 808 cartos or Greenworld's G400 cartos -- those beasts hold around 2 ml of juice. Disadvantage to the G400 cartos is that at this time you can only get them prefilled, and they are kind of pricey. I've also used an Ikenvapes mega 808 carto on them (another 2 ml carto).
Battery life is excellent, as you would expect, equivalent to > 3 standard 808 batteries in run time.

It's not cheap -- the base kit, when you add a second battery, comes in at almost $100 (I got mine from NHaler, used their standard discount code). Given the battery run time, on the other hand, I didn't sweat the $.

Anyhow, it's another choice if you're happy with the 808 3.7V and cartos.

Oh, wow. I really want to reply to every single person who spoke here. Four pages! But while I did actually try (it's hysterical, I opened up notepad and started to reply to everyone, it became so long I just thought it smacked of trying too hard).

Here goes...

I am aware of 'eGo type' pvs. I nearly ordered one a few times, but talked myself out due to financial reasons. My kr808 is fine for now, I'm just planning for the future. It's not so much that I'm not interested, it's just that they're common enough for a newbie to know about, especially with my search strings, so I figured I'd look at other models while I was waiting for funds.

I don't actually care about price right now. Naturally, I'd rather not spend bank, but if I decide on a vape, well, I'm certainly not above saving. I'm the sort that would rather spend on a lasting model than spend small and buy over and over again.

I haven't developed a solid preference in vapor production, th, batteries, and etc. I'm sorry, I thought I mentioned that in my opening post. I'm long winded, tho, so maybe I thought I did or maybe it was just super easy to skip. I'm verbose, it's a bad habit. That does make the more flexible recommendations more appealing - more room to play. I suppose I do like vapor production right now, I tend to play with vapor like a seal with a brightly colored ball. A long slow exhale and I sort of leaaaan into the vapor.... <3

Thank you for your input on my crush, The Precise (lookin' at you, Dspin). <3 I know it comes in different battery sizes, atm. I'm going to stare at it for a while yet. I just think it's so freaking posh.

I'm going to start going down the list and examining the actual model recommendations. Some of which are familiar to me, some of which are new.

Agreed, IMEO is great and will take care of anything. Most people deal w/VaporKings and they won't take a return on the GGTS for any reason - bad business if you ask me. If you get it straight from him, finish is A-1 and he will take care of problems. No argument there.

I looked at getting a GG early on, I made the decision not to based on personal concerns. They were:
1. Greece. Length of wait time. I have no problem with Greece-LOL
2. Customs.
3. Time factor of sending, repairing and return ship time, if I did have a problem.
4. It was my first Mod purchase and my only back up was a Joye510 Basic starter kit.
The GG has always caught my eye. It looks to be a gorgeous and wonderful Mod.

The pure smoker Icon seems like it might be a nice fit. I don't own one, but I will. I used one at a meet and it was my first time with a bottom button. I really liked it. It has a great feel, not to big, but a nice heft.

And remember with cost that once you buy a nice mod, that batteries are much cheaper than say replacing an eGo every six months because the batts are shot.

For the quantity I vape an eGo 650mah last me about 4 months. They are like 20 bucks maybe (no idea).
Thats 60 bucks a year in batts.

My mini GLV takes 16340 batts. You can find them for under 3 bucks if you willing to wait out the slow boat from china. Maybe 5 bucks each if you order stateside.

The cost of a mod over eGos can be off set in a year or two if you figure in batt replacement.

Expensive mods take cheap batteries.
Cheaper E-cigs are JUST expensive batteries.

Well, going by your first post. You expressed interest in the Boge LEO. I've had mine for a couple of days and I can't put it down. It is fantastic. I own and have used everything from the eGO's/RIVA's, KR8's, 510's, DSE901's, super-mini's. So far, this is my favorite PV.

It has a proprietary atty that takes 801 carts. One cart will last me almost a full day. It has an excellent draw (it's a little tight, which I love) The TH compares to an eGO with a LR 510. The vapor is awesome. I really like the way that it feels in my hand. It is a bit heavier then a 1300mAh RIVA. When it's not in use, it has a nice cover that slides over the atty and seals it all up, like a fountain pen. It's really nice. I recommend it.

ETA: The battery is 800mAh, it last's me all day.

Interesting. Thanks for the review on it. I glanced at those but never read the details. I assumed it was another EGO just made by Boge so never read much about it. I do like the Boge carto's, especially the LR soft cap, for my EGO the best, by far, that I know.

I prefer the Boge LR cartos too. I use them on all my other equipment. I've been told that Cartomizers are going to be available for the LEO's by Christmas. I'm a carto girl and prefer them over atty's.
