Help me find the right battery

im considering buying seperate batteries for rda/rba vaping and carto tank/atomizer vaping. So what 18650 batteries are best to run on a chentinel. can someone explain please im lost in battery technicalities since theres so many out there

for:
carto tanks 2.5ohms-1 0hm and a 1ohm-.5 ohm rebuildables

ive got no idea whats best these days since i just got back into vaping
considerations:

panasonic gcr
orbitron ncr
sony li-ion
andy other recomendations
