Those letters are great. Just a suggestion though, if you adapt them to use I would take out the parts about stealth vaping. It probably wouldn't help your case telling them that people could vape discretely and ignore the ban, most likely that would just make them angry

Also I had read a forum on here about a study done for the potential harm of nicotine and there were no harms maybe that should be a topic covered in the analysis of a personal vaper!
Also if you would like any help I am an excellent persuasive essay writer and did extensive research even before I started using these devices (I am trying to conceive so I wanted to make sure they did nothing to me or my love!)
But my bit of advice is to break things down but do not make it seem they do not know what they are talking about I read the petition before I signed it and I have to say the first paragraph I am not sure is great to include. You do not want to unknowingly insult or offend the person you are trying to persuade instead you want to innuendo the information in the most subtle and polite way as possible. I am certainly not deriding your message instead trying to provide my little amount of knowledge to better help you!

You see that though! In the beginning I persuade my idea upon you which you could have taken offensively and in the end assure you that I am not making you feel stupid instead am trying to better inform. That technique needs to be applied a lot throughout the whole discussion for you are talking to close minded individuals that have their minds already set on what they are going to do and they believe they are smart and know what they need to know already. You need to shock them but then pretend that they already know what you are talking about.

I am sorry if I am telling you things you already know and am harping on but I am just as enthusiastic as you are and would like to lend as much of a helping hand as possible. If you have any questions or thoughts about what I say please tell me I am the most open minded person you shall meet and will love to learn and help learn!

If you could help me with writing some stuff for me too use with this, then I'd appreciate that! Writing is Not something I'm good at! You can adapt one of the letters Bill Godshall wrote opposing a smoking ban that included e-cigarettes.

Is there a webpage with Bill Godshall's letter so I can link back to the letter if anyone wants to read it?

Also, I see that Bill Godshall is apparently on these forums. You guys think there is anything he could do to help me out with this situation?

I haven't seen the first 2 yet, but I have seen the last one before. I'm convinced that they found 30 people with a PG sensitivity and gave them pure PG. Or that there was something sketchy in the juice they used

Update Sorry guys, just finished up my winter term. Been busy with that. Next week the new semester starts. That semester is when I will talk to the SGO, then senate, and hopefully the board of trustees. CASAA helped me put together a petition and paper, which I will be using to try and convince my school that this ban is ridiculous. If anyone wants to see them, let me know and I will be glad to upload them. I have tried convincing security onto my side, but they will not sign my petition saying they can't due to their job. I was also told that there's no way the President of my college will switch to my side, however, I'm hoping they are wrong. I'll update you guys as I follow up on this. Sorry for the winter delay!

Yesterday I went to the largest e-cig store in my county. Well it turns out that some of the workers there go to my college. They will sign my petition and help me out with it. The company will also be backing me up with my position. That should be of good use for my cause.

One of the workers at my local e-cig store was telling me how he knows a lot of stuff about e-cigs and any questions our college has about them, then he can answer them. Good news!

My local e-cig shop has a lot of customers that are from my college. I talked to them and some of the workers there go to my college as well. They wanted to help. So I gave them one of my petitions and they will ask their boss if they can put it up in their store so that the college students from my college can sign it. They are also trying to start a vape club at my college, so they will help me out with this as it will help them out for their vape club if e-cigs get unbanned.
