I'm assuming I have an ego c twist but as far as the tanks I have no clue what they are and I'm trying to figure out how to clean them before adding my new flavors and I'm not sure what they are

I would agree. If it's a CE4 I don't think you'll have much luck cleaning those, from what I hear it's meant to be treated like a disposable. You can buy them cheap online, so it's not too hard on your wallet to replace them once a month if you enjoy the vape they provide.

If it's a CE5 you can replace the atomizer heads quite easily. Check inside and see if the atomizer head can be unscrewed.

Disagree a bit. The bottom of your CE device has the textured pattern to it. When I see that it's usually a *rebuild-able* unit where you can remove and then replace the coils. Thats what I do. Much cheaper. If it was the disposable CE, then the bottom is usually smooth, not textured.
Try unscrewing at the textured area and it you can remove the bottom and coil you are in business. I get replacement coils for about $2. Some people clean and dry burn their old ones.

looks like the unbranded ce4 i had when i started.
they are pretty easy to clean. as far as longevity mine lasted a few weeks with little problems. (if the are the same)

if it cant be disassembled to change the coils. you can take the drip tip off of it and remove the silicone cap with the cone shaped metal piece in it. now you should be able to see the coils. wash it out with hot water and dry. do a few dry burns until no more vapor is being produced and the coils are glowing nicely. reassemble, fill and enjoy.

I'm not sure if it's a throw away I do know that in my first two days I had to go back three times for the first kind that was smooth at bottom because they kept leaking the store after replacing three disposable ones upgrade me to one of these and I bought the other one. One of which would fire at all and the guy took out the metal piece with the wick and replace it.. Idk if this helps probably should have included it to begin with! My reason for wanting to clean it is because I had picked up two flavors a berries/cream and a vanilla custard one. Because I failed to label which tank was what I at one point had berries and cream in both tanks as much as I enjoy the flavor is too sweet sometimes... Now after I accidentally filled both tanks with it I can't get rid of taste in either one

Its to change voltage up or down. You're pretty close to the lowest setting now. I think lowest is 3.3 or 3.2. If nothing came with your setup telling you what resistance atomizer is in your clearomizer you probably shouldn't go above 3.7 volts. Although, I can't imagine anyone selling a new vaper a low res (1.8) atomizer they might have sold you a 2.5 res and if so you'll enjoy your vape at a higher voltage. I've never used CE4s so can't tell you how to look at the atomizer to see what resistance it is.

Well more importantly how do I rid one of my tanks of this berry flavor so I can savor my vanilla again?

Take the base off run as hot of water as you can stnd in it. Cover the end and shake it like you mean it. Remove the coil, the part the guy at the B&M replaced. Wash it under the hot water. Shake all the water you can off everything. Go to youtube and search "dry burn". Do that and you can put everything back together and you should be good to go.

same set up as i got in begging of this year ce4+ tank with vivi nova atty's with c-twist battery.... i like the battery ..mine too is a clone... but still works even thou dropped it more then few times on solid floor as far as ce4... its junk .. i got with a set of 5 atty's with different resistence's they all didnt vape right ... the long wick didnt feed the coil fast enough plus the white rubber made the flow into center post harder .... so i had to take it all apart and rebuild right down to the coil . and still wasnt good because of burning taste from hotspots

... to clean it comes apart from the bottom between the smooth metal and grippy metal but frankly im really suprised youre vaping off of it... dont even bother with buying the atty's for the tank ... go with TampaToker69's suggestion with Protank, I've heard people having hassle free vape on that one...

if youre getting to weak of a vape hit the dial up on the bottom of the battery ... it'll happen when the battery will start to drain.. as for me i just upgraded to k100+ mechanical with IMR battery and SCAR RDA atty....which i wouldnt recommend to anyone... too small of a housing ... posts screws come off .. bluh bluh
