So about 2 weeks ago I started using my subtank mini on my istick 50w with 3mg 50/50 juice no problems.

Then today I got the same flavor but in max vg and 0 nic using my rba section as well instead of the stock .5 coils and after vaping a decent amount at 10-12 watts I got a terrible headache.

Iv tried vaping some 12 and 18 MG juice in a different set up to see if it was lack of nicotine and they don't help

Any advice or anyone else have something similar happen with max vg? The vape I'm getting is really nice.

As always thanks for the great help.

Heavy VG juice has been known to effect people with thyroid problems I would go see a doctor.
Do you have a link that shows this to be a fact? I take medication daily for my thyroid and have had zero problems with VG or any thing else involved with vaping.

Hi Shannon,
Lack of nicotine might cause a headache and once you have it
it won't go away because you do some nic. But I suspect the problem
may be, as somebody else pointed out, dehydration - especially if you've been vaping more than usual.

I've found that drinking lots of water is especially important when I vape a lot,
more so when I vape VG which I mostly do.
Nicotine will make your body dry up and is a diuretic, as a diuretic it makes you unload your body's potassium
which can give you headaches and in my case (and others) real bad leg cramps.
My solution as well as that of several vapers I know is to drink lots of coconut water. Look it up.

Regards,
Hazy

I just now realized it started when I was at the salon with grandma today and it could have been the chemicals from the salon but again I've been taking her every week for months now and not had this happen
Sensitivities can develop at any time. I know how the smells in a salon can get to a person. When stylists would use a color remover, I would have to step outside frequently while it was being used. (I was Office Manager/Receptionist at a hair salon).

Keep an eye on if you get a headache tomorrow or the next day. It is very possible that a chemical being used at the salon caused this.

Good luck!

Thanks again for all your help guys I drank a lot of water and took a nap and now I feel much better
Cool! Try to stay outside vaping when you take your grandma to the salon. Those chemicals they use are nasty.
The stuff they use for permanents and/or hair straightener make me dizzy.

Staying hydrated is important when you vape even if you vape 0 nic.
Be well & Vape On!
